| My passion with photography began as soon as I could pick up a camera!! At the age of 13, I bought my first professional camera from a professional photographer who would become my mentor. I spent $300 on this camera an Olympus OM2, one that I still own today. My mother didn't understand why I was spending my babysitting money on this camera. You see...I always cut people's heads off when I took pictures. That didn't stop me though and once I started taking pictures with that camera...I no longer cut people's heads off since the viewfinder was actually portraying what I was taking a picture of! That was a long 20+ years ago & since then, photography has always been a big part of my life. |  Above collage has a history of images dating back to my high school years. My goal with all portrait work is to capture the individual as well as the emotions of the event. Weddings are truly a majical time and my style of photography will help you cherish that day! I work very hard to capture the full day & every little detail. One bride commented that I had captured pictures of events happening that she wasn't aware of. Like the best man straightening out her dress at the alter. It is amazing how this special day becomes such a blur to the most important people at the wedding: The bride & groom. This is where I step in to help recreate this day in pictures for you to cherish and remember for the rest of your life! |

Child
photography is my most rewarding work outside of wedding photography.
To capture that sparkle in their eyes for parents to look back on
when their child is grown is so rewarding. Child portrait requires
a photographer with fast fingers and just as important as the skill
of photography--the ability to interact with the children &
help them feel relaxed in front of the camera. Only then can you
truly capture a child's portrait! I was recently selected to be a featured photographer with Hush Publications. Hush Publications operates Fresh Faces Magazine. I will be the photographer for their Child Model Search Calendar due to be released soon. |
